Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident shopping with Marble Creations. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under New Zealand consumer law.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the circumstances).

How to Request Assistance

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (including outer packaging)

  • A short description of the issue

We will assess your request and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the CGA.


Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

To request a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging or handling during return transit may not be eligible for a refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.


Natural Stone Variation

Marble is a natural material. Variations in veining, tone, markings, and pattern are inherent characteristics of natural stone and make each piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for return.
