Where we ship
We currently ship within New Zealand.
Order processing (dispatch time)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary by location and courier network:

Main centres: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

Rural areas: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

Free NZ shipping on orders over $200 NZD

For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery issues / damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
